I love Flickr because of the community aspect. Find a few (or a lot) that you love, then you'll get out what you put into it.

I found you because you added me to your Pownce account. :)

If you are fine with transferring the copyright of your images to Facebook, by all means upload them there.

Flickr is good, but I would really like to know what your problem with Gallery is?

I've been having this issue myself lately.

Facebook is the only place where people I know will actually bother to look at my photos, but Facebook completely rapes image quality. It's not a big deal for photos of your friends and whatever, but for anything art-y it's just complete crap.

Flickr is nice, but nobody I know uses it and I don't really get any passerby looking at my shots.

Gallery has the same issues as Flickr, except that the userbase is much smaller and few people care enough to register an account in order to comment.

For the time being I've been posting to Facebook, Flickr, and deviantART, with links to the dA versions at a higher quality/resolution/etc.

I wonder if there's room for a F8 application that integrates Flickr/Gallery/etc.?
